When starting a new project as that project’s management team, Arrowsmith will ensure that all functional and discipline leads are in place to address all transitional items from each phase of work from pre-feasibility through to close-out.
Each key item in those decision gates is identified as go or no go, in or out of scope, and quantified accordingly. As a result, documentation is produced, and working phase files are transitioned and archived appropriately.

When starting a key phase, the Arrowsmith team will perform an audit to ensure that all scope items are present and accounted for.
If there are gaps, internal and external communications are written, and both formal and informal conversations are identified, monitored and closed out according to the agreed scope of work.
