Worked in the challenging environment between stakeholders and operations at the Departure Bay Terminal Upgrade where responsibilities include project coordination and construction management, design review and inspection, review and approval of extra works, detailed tracking of change orders, contract administration, documentation and permitting. Projects during this terminal upgrade included a shore line infill, parking lot remediation, toll booth plaza foundations, a prefabricated remote washroom compound, a foot passenger ticket building, retail building, foot passenger waiting room, stair tower and extensive road works realignments.

Worked on a multi-disciplinary project team where daily inspections of the site yielded daily site inspection logs and reports, contractor liaison and contract administration for demolition contract, piling contract and foundation contracts.

Worked on a multi-disciplinary project team where equipment placement and space planning drawings were produced for code requirements and user group input for the client’s new aircraft maintenance hanger.
